[origin: WO2019030030A1] The invention relates to a battery unit (100) which is designed to be received in a receiving recess (90) of an electrical hand-held power tool (200). The battery unit (100) comprises a locking mechanism (10), which in a locking state (VZ) prevents the battery unit (100) from being pulled out of the receiving recess (90). The locking mechanism (10) has an unlock button (11) with a press face (13) which, when pressed and deflected, can bring the locking mechanism (10) into a release state (FZ), in which the battery unit (100) can be pulled out of the receiving recess (90) in a pull-out direction (AR). The press face (13), in the release state (FZ) and in relation to the pull-out direction (AR), defines a first oblique plane (E1) in such a way that a vector component (FA) of an actuation force (FB) acting on the press face (13) is oriented in the pull-out direction (AR).
