Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2019036159A1] A pipe cutting assembly includes a first base (100'), a second base (ΙΟΟΑ') and a cutting insert (104'). The first base includes a first projection (300) and a first coupling aperture (120') defined in the first projection (300). The second base (ΙΟΟΑ') is separate from the first base (100') and includes a second projection (300A) and a second coupling aperture (120A') defined in the second projection (300A). The cutting insert (104') includes a cutting edge (124', 128') and an insert aperture (140') defined therein. The cutting insert (104') interchangeably couples to the first base (100') and the second base (ΙΟΟΑ'). With the cutting insert (104') coupled to the first base (100'), the first projection (300) is at least partially positioned in the insert aperture (140'), and, with the cutting insert (104') coupled to the second base (ΙΟΟΑ'), the second projection (300A) is positioned in the insert aperture (140').
