Wärmegedämmter Behälter (01), insbesondere für Transportzwecke, mit einer Behälterwandung (02), die einen Innenraum (07) vollständig umschließt, wobei der Innenraum (07) zumindest eine verschließbare Öffnung aufweist und mit zumindest einem Vakuumisolationselement (24) gegen Wärmeaustausch isoliert ist. Im Behälter (01) ist zumindest ein passives Schmelzspeicherelement (16, 17) vorgesehen, das mit einem Schmelzspeichermaterial gefüllt ist.
