[origin: WO2019086484A1] The invention relates to an inflatable support accessory (10) in the form of an elongate roll for supporting a patient during a kidney operation, the support accessory being intended for being laid in a suitable location on an operating table in order to serve as a support for a body part of a patient in such a way that the kidney region of the patient is brought into a stretched position necessary for the kidney operation, the support accessory comprising the following: an inflatable jacket (12), which defines the outer dimensions of the support accessory; and a first air chamber system (22), which is located within the jacket and which can be filled with air in order to inflate the jacket (12); characterized by a second air chamber system (24), which is located within the jacket (12) and which can be filled with air in order to inflate the jacket (12), and characterized in that the second air chamber system (24) is fluidically separated from the first air chamber system (22) such that a leak in the one air chamber system does not lead to a loss of air in the other air chamber system.
