[origin: US2020197967A1] A pump for a vial intended to contain a cosmetic product. The pump includes a dosing chamber with a variable volume defined at least partially by a deformable element between an initial state and a deformed state. The pump further includes a guiding rod passing through the deformable element, the latter sliding along the rod when it undergoes a deformation. The deformable element includes an outlet lip delimiting an outlet orifice, surrounding a section of the rod, and bearing in a sealed manner against the rod or deviating from the rod according to the pressure in the chamber. The rod includes means for maintaining the outlet lip bearing in a sealed manner against the rod when the membrane is in the initial state thereof whatever the pressure in the chamber and whatever the pressure around the pump.

Pompe 1 pour flacon destiné à contenir un produit cosmétique, comportant une chambre de dosage 25 à volume variable défini au moins en partie par un élément déformable 3 entre un état initial et un état déformé. La pompe 1 comprend en outre une tige 6 de guidage traversant l'élément déformable 3, ce dernier glissant le long de la tige 6 lorsqu'il subit une déformation. L'élément déformable 3 comporte une lèvre de sortie 11 délimitant un orifice de sortie, entourant un tronçon de la tige 6, et venant en appui étanche contre la tige 6 ou s'écartant de la tige 6 en fonction de la pression dans la chambre 25.La tige 6 comporte des moyens de maintien de la lèvre de sortie 11 en appui étanche contre la tige 6 lorsque la membrane 33 est dans son état initial quelle que soit la pression dans la chambre 25 et quelle que soit la pression autour de la pompe 1.
