[origin: US2020208818A1] A headlamp with—a headband; a light source located at the front of the headband is presented. The headlamp has a load balancing device with two strands. The first strand has a first end (A) and a second end (B) respectively attached on one left front fixing point and one left rear fixing point of said headband. The second strand has a first end (A′) and a second end (B′) respectively attached on one right front fixing point and one right rear fixing point of said headband. There is an element wherein the first and second strands are thread up so as to bring closer the two strands at one common point C.
