[origin: WO2019048337A1] The invention relates to a textile reinforcing arrangement (20) comprising a grating element (22) and multiple reinforcing pins (40), which are arranged directly or indirectly on the grating element (22). Each reinforcing pin (40) has two pin sections (41) which are arranged on different sides of the grating element (22). The reinforcing pins (40) extend substantially perpendicular through the grating element. Each pin section (41) has an anchoring part (43). The anchoring part (43) can be formed by an expanding and/or reducing of the cross-sectional surface of the related pin section (41). Both the grating element and the reinforcing pins are formed from a composite material with a textile fibre bundle (29) embedded in a plastic matrix (K).
