[origin: WO2019048340A1] The invention relates to a fuel cell (10), in particular a solid oxide fuel cell (19), comprising at least one carrier substrate (12) and a functional layer system (14) applied to the carrier substrate (12). It is proposed that the carrier substrate (12) is formed at least substantially from a foam material (16). The invention further relates to a fuel cell stack (60) which comprises at least one such fuel cell (10). The invention also relates to a method for producing said fuel cell (10) and a method for producing said fuel cell stack (60).
