[origin: WO2019057620A1] The invention relates to a portable container (10), in particular for tuberculosis pre-analysis, with a beaker-shaped main body (12) having a bottom (14), side walls (16) and an upper opening (18), wherein a receiving region (20) for the sample material (P) to be analysed, in particular sputum, is provided in the bottom region of the main body (12), a cover (30) for closing the upper opening (18) of the main body (12), with an underside (34) facing into the container interior in the closed position and with an upper side (32) facing outwards, and a fluid channel (36) which passes through the cover (30) from the upper side (32) to the underside (34), leads to the receiving region and, on the upper side (32) of the cover, has an outer connection piece (40) for an external supply device (100) for supplying a pre-treatment solution (102) for the pre-treatment of the sample material (P) in the receiving region (20), and a collecting filter (44) for collecting constituents of the sample material (P) pre-treated in the container.
