[origin: WO2019067804A1] This invention, the "Hex-Perpetual" Lottery System, powers the venture "Chance": the first viable solution for a "modern lotto", which globally incentivizes charitable donations through a unique, time-interval based, lottery system. Participants scattered across the globe can "take a chance" on any of the six "Hex-Perpetual" Games (The Minute, The Hour, The Day, The Week, The Month, or The Year), as seen in Fig. 1. At the conclusion of every time-interval, a randomized drawing for crowdfunded prizes occurs and an array of prizes is distributed across the globe. This mechanism provides higher and more frequent payouts than any pre-dating system and also has higher odds of winning.
