The device (10) advantageously comprises: a support (16), which isarranged in an internal volume delimited by the outer housing (18) and on which the actuator (13) is fastened according to a rigid interlocking connection; and a damping element (24) made of an elastically deformable material, ensuring a damped mechanical connection of the support (16) to the outer housing (18), thereby imparting a vibratory separation between the support (16) and the outer housing (18).
