[origin: WO2019070128A1] A garment element (2a, 2b) for a shower garment (1) to be worn by a user (5) is described, the garment element (2a, 2b) comprising at least one pocket (3) which in use, is positioned and configured for: - receiving water from a water source (6); and for - retaining the water, at least temporarily, such that the water retained in the pocket (3) contributes to the temperature regulation of the body of the user (5). A shower garment (1) comprising said garment element (2a, 2b), and a method of use of the shower garment (1) are also described.
