[origin: WO2019068667A1] A primary packaging (1) for a liquid comprises an in particular at least partially collapsible container (2) and a port element (3) for attachment of the primary packaging (1) to a withdrawal device. The port element (3) has at least one port channel (4) which fluidically communicates with an interior (5) of the container (2). The container (2) is made at least partially of a film (6) constructed from a first layer which is in direct contact with the liquid during the intended use of the primary packaging (1). Both the first layer (7) and the port element (3) are made of a plastic containing a cycloolefin polymer.
