An ophthalmologic apparatus (10) comprises eye information obtaining portions (21), each of the eye information obtaining portions (21) corresponding to each of subject eyes (E) of a subject and configured to obtain information on each of the subject eyes (E); imaging portions (27), each of the imaging portions (27) corresponding to each of the eye information obtaining portions (21) and configured to capture a subject eye image (IE) of each of the subject eyes (E); a reference calculator (28b) configured to obtain a three-dimensional reference position (Pb) in each of the subject eye images (IE) captured by each of the imaging portions (27); an inclination calculator (28c) configured to obtain inclination information (Is) indicating inclination of relative positions of the subject eyes (E) from the obtained three-dimensional reference positions (Pb) in the subject eye images (IE); and a notification portion (35) configured to notify the obtained inclination information (Is).
