[origin: GB2567468A] There is disclosed a polymeric film which comprises a polymeric material having a repeat unit of formula -O-Ph-O-Ph-CO-Ph- I and a repeat unit of formula -O-Ph-Ph-O-Ph-CO-Ph- II wherein Ph represents a phenylene moiety and wherein the shear viscosity, SV, of the polymeric material, measured by a Standard method as defined in ISO11443:2014, is in the range from around 400 Pa.s to around 600 Pa.s, at 340 °C. Further disclosed is a speaker diaphragm and a method of making a speaker diaphragm.
