[origin: WO2019081850A1] A medical system (10) comprising: - a robot arm (11), - a control unit (50) configured to deliver a control signal, - a medical device (25) intended to penetrate an anatomical structure, the medical device (25) being configured to emit a warning signal that varies according to a variable electrical characteristic of the anatomical structure, said medical device (25) comprising a body (26) with first and second electrodes, an electrical generator suitable for applying at least one electrical measurement current between the first and second electrodes, and a processing device (37) suitable for determining a measurement parameter, relating to the electrical characteristic, on the basis of said at least one electrical measurement current, and to emit the warning signal corresponding to the measurement parameter, in which the control unit is configured to deliver the control signal as a function of the warning signal.
