The substrate is formed of a nonwoven material. The volume density of the nonwoven material is between 0.01 grams/cm3 and 0.08 grams/cm3. The present invention also relates to a sheet-like cosmetic product comprising such a substrate and two or more kinds of formulas impregnated in the substrate.
