[origin: WO2019082440A1] The present invention relates to a sheet-like substrate in which it is intended that respective targeted zones to which two or more kinds of formulas are to be applied respectively be assigned to the substrate. The substrate is formed of a nonwoven material. The volume density of the nonwoven material is between 0.01 grams/cm3 and 0.08 grams/cm3. The present invention also relates to a sheet-like cosmetic product comprising such a substrate and two or more kinds of formulas impregnated in the substrate.
