The core elements (6), which are adjustable in respect of the hardness thereof, comprise an upper bearing part (7) having an upper bearing surface (8), a lower bearing part (9) having a lower bearing surface (10) and at least one pretensioned spring (23, 24), by the pretension force of which the upper and the lower bearing sections (7, 9) are held at a distance from one another. The pretension force of the springs (23, 24) is adjustable.
