Abstract (en)

The invention relates to a system for the modular construction of a building, which comprises: a first reticular structure comprising a plurality of main pieces (1) configured as beams and pillars that are joined together perpendicularly by means of a plurality of corner joining pieces (8); at least one second structure comprising perimeter edges; a plurality of auxiliary pieces (14) attached to the main pieces (1); and corner pieces (19) attached to the main pieces (1) such that between the auxiliary pieces (14) and the corner pieces (19) at least one channel is created to accommodate the second structure, wherein the second structures are attached by the perimeter edges, by means of the corner pieces (19), to the plurality of main pieces (1) of the first structure, with the main pieces (1) disposed in a single plane for each second structure.
