[origin: WO2019091960A1] The invention relates to a heat-exchanger system comprising a wall (22) separating a first fluid from a second fluid and allowing a heat exchange between said fluids. A protective film (26) made of polymer material is provided on said wall at least on the side of the first fluid, the protective film having a front face (26.2) in contact with the first fluid and an opposing rear face (26.1), facing the wall (22). Gas-distribution means (28) are provided for distributing a gaseous cleaning agent on the side of the rear face (26.1) of the protective film. The protective film (26) is dense, sealed or with low permeability to the first fluid, while being permeable to said gaseous cleaning agent, so as to allow the gaseous cleaning agent to pass through the protective film towards the front face (26.2) of same.
