[origin: EP3718426A1] The present invention has been conceived to overcome the problems of prior art, and is directed a garment provided with an elastic waist belt, in which the upper end of a first elastic band (300) is coupled to the upper end of a waist end (200) and the lower end of the first elastic band (300) is placed in a free state, so that the waist end (200) is tightened by the elastic force of the first elastic band (300) to prevent wrinkles from being generated, with the result that the waist end (200) is allowed to be formed straight in appearance like in a pair of ordinary pants, thereby providing a waist belt that has high wearing comfort and enhances aesthetics, and a method of manufacturing the same.
