[origin: CN111793875A] A shed forming device (2) for a jacquard loom comprises two series of blades; an upper oscillating shaft (40) and a lower oscillating shaft (42); and two base plates (22, 24), wherein the two series of blades and the oscillating shafts extend between the two base plates and the two base plates are provided with articulated bearings (220, 222, 240, 242) of the oscillating shafts. The shed forming device further comprises an input shaft driven by a continuous rotational motion and equipped with a first eccentric wheel and a second eccentric wheel. The first eccentric wheel drives a first controlrod connected to a first crank (428) and the second eccentric wheel drives a second rod control connected to a second crank (408). The two eccentric wheels, the two control rods and the two cranks (408, 428) are contained in a housing (90) which supports at least one additional articulated bearing (902) of the first oscillating shaft (42).
