Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2019112451A1] The present invention relates to a heat-insulating hinged panel, such as door or window, comprising a frame (1) made of interconnected longitudinal frame members and a sash (3) made of interconnected longitudinal sash members, which is hingedly disposed within the frame (1) and embeds a glass pane assembly (10), wherein at least one glass pane (12) having the external surface coplanar with the external surface of the external pane (26) of the pane assembly (10) is fixed to the frame (1). In order to simplify construction, reduce thermal bridging and provide a modem aesthetic appearance of the panel, said glass pane assembly (10) is secured to the sash (3) by means of longitudinal profiled members (18) fixed to the sash (3) and having projections introduced into the glass pane assembly (10) at the perimeter thereof, so that the external surface of the external glass pane (26) of the glass pane assembly (10) is the most external surface of the sash (3), and said at least one glass pane (12) fixed to the frame (1) at least partially covers the sash (3).
