Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2019110919A1] The invention relates to a signalling device for a motor vehicle, comprising one or more uniformly illuminated luminous screens. According to the invention, the signalling device (2A) comprises a light source (4) configured to emit a light beam (20) the light intensity of which increases with distance from the periphery of the light beam (20); and a screen (12) comprising a first face (14) opposite a second face (16), the screen (12) letting at least some of the light beam (20) emitted by the light source (4) pass; and a means for holding the screen (12) in front of the light source (4) so that the light source (4) is able to directly illuminate its first face (14); and a means (22) for occulting a peripheral portion (28) of the light beam emitted by the light source (4), so that, level with the second face (16) of the screen (12), the maximum variation in light intensity is equal to or lower than 60% when the light beam (20) illuminates the screen (12).
