[origin: WO2019115922A1] The invention relates to a device (10) for dispensing a cosmetic product (PC), comprising a base (8) and a tubular cartridge (13) designed to be detachably coupled to the base (8). Said cartridge (13) comprises: an outer tube (1), a control sleeve (2), a receptacle (3) for receiving a cosmetic product (PC), and a bottom element (4) connected to the control sleeve (2) for rotation therewith. The base (8) comprises a manoeuvring member (6) comprising an encoded pattern and the bottom element (4) comprises a complementary manoeuvring member (4A) comprising a complementary encoded pattern. The manoeuvring member (6) can be engaged in the complementary maneuvering member (4A) such that relative rotation of the base (8) in relation to the cartridge (13) causes the cosmetic product receptacle (PC) to move along a longitudinal axis (X) of the cartridge (13).
