[origin: WO2019115018A1] The invention relates to a dispenser for a cleaning tissue which is wound onto, and can be unwound from, a hollow cylindrical roller, particularly for a roll of toilet paper, comprising a holder fastened on a rear cover, the external diameter of which holder is smaller than the internal diameter of the roller, to receive the roll of wound cleaning tissue, wherein the holder is designed as a hollow cylinder and has an open end opposite the rear cover, wherein one or more moist tissues can be stored within the cavity of the holder, which moist tissues can be removed from and refilled through the open end.
