[origin: WO2019126091A1] A bodymaker (10) includes a rotating crankshaft (600) including an offset crank (602), the adjustable eccentric assembly (620) including an eccentric shell assembly (630). The eccentric shell assembly (630) is operatively coupled to the crankshaft crank (602). A primary connection rod (300) is operatively coupled to the eccentric shell assembly (630). A ram assembly (12) is operatively coupled to the primary connection rod (300). The ram assembly (12) includes an elongated ram. In this configuration, the ram reciprocates over a stroke that is a function of the orientation of the eccentric shell assembly (630). Further, in an exemplary embodiment, the ram assembly (12) is structured to adjust the range of the ram body (30) stroke through a die pack (16) without substantially decoupling a number of substantial components.
