The support ring (2) is at a distance from the metallurgical vessel (2) in the radial direction. The metallurgical vessel (2) has at least three brackets (10), each having a respective pin (10). The support ring (2) has at least three receiving openings (14) which receive the pins (10). These receiving openings (14) permit a shifting of the pin (10) in the radial direction. The pins (10) are secured against falling out of the receiving opening (14) and the bracket (12) by at least three locking devices (20) floatingly mounted and arranged inside the support ring (2).
