Abstract (en)
Provided is a lined garment that optimizes the heat and moisture transfer properties of the lining of a garment for summer and that takes into consideration the placement of the lining so as to increase cooling properties from both a thermal physiology and sensory perspective, examples of such lined garment including a jacket and pants. This lined garment is characterized in that, at locations corresponding to at least an inner arm portion and an upper arm portion, a forearm portion, or portions from the inguinal areas of the legs to the knees, the lining, which is a fabric with a cold-sensation contact value Qmax of 120 W/m<sup>2</sup>·°C and a moisture absorption ratio M of at least 6.0%, is fixed to an outer material. The basis weight of the lining is preferably at least 62 g/m<sup>2</sup>.
