[origin: EP3734194A1] A heat pump water-heater outdoor unit includes a bottom plate, a compressor disposed on the bottom plate, a muffler fixed to an outer surface of the compressor, and an internal heat exchanger fixed to the outer surface of the compressor. The internal heat exchanger is disposed on a side opposite to the muffler with the compressor positioned between the internal heat exchanger and the muffler. Preferably, the muffler is fixed to a muffler holder fixed to the outer surface of the compressor. The internal heat exchanger is fixed to an internal heat exchanger holder fixed to the outer surface of the compressor. The internal heat exchanger is fixed at a position where the height of the center of gravity of the internal heat exchanger is equal to the height of the center of gravity of the muffler.
