[origin: EP3734871A1] Disclosed are a time-domain resource determination method and apparatus, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: a terminal receiving first indication information sent by a network device, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating the use of a first time-domain resource determination rule or a second time-domain resource determination rule to determine whether a first slot is used for transmitting a first channel scheduled by first scheduling information; the terminal determining the time-domain resource determination rule used according to the first indication information, and determining, based on the time-domain resource determination rule used, at least one slot for transmitting the first channel; and the terminal transmitting, in the determined at least one slot, the first channel with the network device.
