[origin: WO2019134011A1] A silencer system (1) for a firearm comprises a jacket tube (3) which can be mounted on the barrel (2) of the firearm, in which jacket tube a first silencer (8), having an axial firing opening (9), is coaxially arranged, and is characterized in that the first silencer (8) is arranged in the jacket tube (3) to form a first annular space (18) lying therebetween and on the barrel end thereof has a flow cone (24) which is penetrated by the opening (9) thereof and is at an axial distance (d) from the barrel (2) to deflect gases emerging in a diverging manner from the barrel (2) into the annular space (18), which is provided with chicanes (20) and a gas outlet (21, 23) arranged downstream thereof.
