The first portion of the crown includes an annular contact surface (21), which is inclined at a determined angle less than 90 degrees relative to a longitudinal central axis of the stem-crown, extending from the link between the stem and the first portion of the crown towards the outside of the second portion of the crown. In a rest position, the first portion of the crown comes into contact or bears against an annular receiving surface (22) of the middle part, the shape thereof complements that of an end of the tubular opening to the outside.

La première portion de couronne comprend une surface de contact annulaire (21), qui est inclinée d'un angle défini plus petit que 90° par rapport à un axe central longitudinal de la tige-couronne en partant de la liaison de la tige à la première portion de la couronne vers l'extérieur de la seconde portion de couronne.
