La présente invention a pour objet un volet d'extraction / d'insufflation d'air (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) constitutif d'une installation de désenfumage. Le volet d'extraction / d'insufflation d'air (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) comprend un cadre (8) délimitant au moins une première fenêtre (83) pourvue d'une grille (10) comportant des ailettes (12). Le volet d'extraction / d'insufflation d'air (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) comprend au moins un profilé d'obturation (13) de la première fenêtre (83) disposé entre deux ailettes (12) pour générer une perte de charge déterminée afin d'obtenir un débit d'air choisi traversant la première fenêtre (83).
