[origin: WO2019149595A1] The invention relates to a method and an oven for producing baked, preferably edible, products, comprising an endless conveyor (1) running along a longitudinal direction (18) and a plurality of openable and closable baking irons (2) provided along the endless conveyor (1), a plurality of heating modules (10, 11, 13) (8) in the form of radiant heater devices being arranged between a first convection blower outlet (16) and an extractor (15) viewed along the longitudinal direction (18), and a second convection blower outlet (12) being provided, viewed along the longitudinal direction (18), between a first heating module (10) and a second heating module (11), for generating a convection flow (9) running along the longitudinal direction (18) to the extractor (15).
