Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2019149544A1] The invention relates to a pole handle (1), particularly for walking poles, trekking poles, alpine ski poles, cross-country ski poles and Nordic walking poles, comprising a handle body (3) and a hook-like device (14) for securing a hand-retaining device (41), particularly in the form of a hand loop or a glove. Movable locking means (7) are arranged in the area of the hook-like device (14) in such a way that a loop-shaped, ring-shaped or eye-shaped device (42) provided on the hand-retaining device (41) and inserted into the hook-like device (14) substantially from above, is fastened in the hook-like device (14) in a self-locking manner. The pole handle (1) does not have means, by which the locking means (7) can be displaced or released in such a way that a loop-shaped, ring-shaped or eye-shaped device (42) inserted into the hook-like device (14) can be removed from the pole handle (1) without any force or against a lower force from the restricted area (15) with separation of the hand-retaining device (41) from the pole handle (1).
