[origin: WO2019149441A1] The present invention relates to a door for a motor vehicle, which door comprises a door body (7), a window opening, which is delimited by a window frame (9) and, on an lower side, by the door body (7), and a vertically-adjustable window pane (10), which can be moved past a channel strip (24) between an open position, in which it is at least partially lowered in the door body (7), and a closed position, in which it covers the window opening. The window pane (10) is held between the channel strip (24), which abuts the outer face (19) thereof, and contact surfaces (18, 26), which abut the inner face (17) above and below the channel strip (24). The contact surfaces (18, 26) and/or the channel strip (24) are resiliently flexible.
