The first support limb (12) and the second support limb (13) are arranged parallel to each other and perpendicularly to the support base (11), and the mounting support (10) can be spread in a reversible manner, wherein the first and second support limb (12, 13) have a spring effect. The first support limb (12) has a first retaining web (16a) which is oriented inwards on the end region facing away from the support base (11), and the second support limb (13) has a second retaining web (16b) which is oriented inwards on the end region facing away from the support base (11).
