[origin: WO2020245221A1] The present application relates to a goods train (1) comprising a plurality of wagons (3, 5, 7), which are coupled to one another and each of which has at least one container space (9), and comprising an electrical network. The wagons (3, 5, 7) comprise two control wagons (3) at opposite ends of the train (1), at least one electrically powered driving wagon (5), each of which has at least one electric motor, and at least one intermediate wagon (7). Each of the driving wagons (5) is connected to one of the two control wagons (3), forming a releasable coupling. Each intermediate wagon (7) is connected at each of its ends to one of the intermediate wagons (7) or to one of the driving wagons (5) or to one of the two control wagons (3), forming a releasable coupling. The train (1) has at least one electrical power supply device which is connected via the electrical wiring system to the at least one electric motor of each of the driving wagons (5).
