The second terminal assembly includes a second wiring terminal and a first guiding structure, wherein the first guiding structure is connected to a side surface of the second wiring terminal. Both the first wiring terminal and the second wiring terminal are opened with a plurality of wiring holes extending in a first direction. The first sliding structure is connected to the first guiding structure, and the first sliding structure moves relative to the first guiding structure in the first direction. An air conditioner using the above wiring device is provided. The wiring device and the air conditioner of the invention are convenient for the lead of the electronic control box, and are convenient for mounting and disassembly.
