[origin: WO2019155290A1] A sanitizing device comprises a treadable mat wherein is formed at least one sanitizing portion that forms a support surface which may be walked on by a user and which is suitable for dispensing a sanitizing liquid substance in the form of a vaporized jet. The device comprises at least one dispensing group housed in a dispensing compartment situated below that supporting surface, and a vaporization group comprising at least a tank containing the sanitizing substance in its liquid state, a vaporization unit equipped with vaporization means suitable to cause the sanitizing substance to instantaneously pass from its liquid state to its gaseous state in a vaporization chamber.
