[origin: WO2019155154A1] The invention relates to a facility for storing and transporting a liquefied gas, including a sealed pipe (7) passing through the tank wall in order to define a fluid passage between the inside and the outside of the tank, a sealed metal sleeve (29) arranged around the sealed pipe (7) and inserted into the opening (22) of the load-bearing wall, the sealed sleeve including a longitudinal portion extending at least to the sealing membrane (14), the sealing member being sealingly connected to the sealed sleeve (29), wherein the load-bearing structure comprises a coaming (24) projecting from an outer surface of the load-bearing wall, the sealed pipe being supported by a top wall (26) of the coaming, the sealed sleeve (29) having an outer end arranged on the outside of the load-bearing wall and attached to the coaming or to the sealed pipe (7) around the entire sealed pipe.
