[origin: WO2018154045A1] The invention relates to a glazing unit (1) for producing an esthetically pleasing effect, comprising or consisting of at least one pane (3), said pane (3) having a first structured surface (4) to which a three-dimensional photonic structure (2) is applied and the average refractive index of the photonic structure (2) being higher than approximately 1.6 or higher than approximately 1.8 or higher than approximately 1.95. The invention also relates to the production of such a glazing unit and the use thereof.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verglasungseinheit (1) zur ästhetischen Gestaltung, die mindestens ein Polymer (3) enthält oder daraus besteht, wobei das Polymer (3) eine erste strukturierte Oberfläche (4) aufweist, auf welche eine dreidimensionale photonische Struktur (2) aufgebracht ist, welche dazu eingerichtet ist, ein erstes Teilspektrum eintreffender elektromagnetischer Strahlung zu reflektieren und ein zweites Teilspektrum eintreffender elektromagnetischer Strahlung zu transmittieren, wobei der reflektierte Anteil einer höheren Harmonischen entspricht und im sichtbaren Spektralbereich liegt.
