[origin: WO2019161424A1] The invention relates to a mounting bracket (10) for mounting guide rails (5), in particular guide rails for external venetian blinds or shutters, comprising a bracket foot (1) having at least one continuous recess (13) for fastening the mounting bracket (10) to a fixed component, in particular to a wall (6), a bracket head (3), to which the guide rail (5) can be fastened, and a bracket arm (2) which is arranged therebetween and connects the bracket foot (1) to the bracket head (3). The recess has a central longitudinal axis (14) and the extension of the longitudinal axis (14) extends past the bracket head (3).
