[origin: WO2019166743A1] A 3D scene modelling system by multi-view photogrammetry comprises cameras (C1 to C8) arranged around the scene (110) and grouped into pairs (C1-C4, C7-C8, C2-C3, C5-C6) which are farther away from each other than the two cameras in each pair, and a digital processing device designed to produce scene modelling data by applying a stereoscopic processing method by comparison between the images of the scene produced by the two cameras of a first and second pairs (C5-C6, C1-C4), respectively, and the images produced by two cameras (C5, C4) belonging to the first and the second pairs of cameras, respectively, the first pair of cameras (C5-C6) and the second pair of cameras (C1-C4) being arranged in a horizontal plane and in a vertical plane, respectively.
