[origin: WO2019166540A1] The invention relates to a method for operating an autonomous or partially autonomous vehicle, in which a narrow roadway section situated ahead of the vehicle and a width of the narrow roadway section are detected, a vehicle trajectory is calculated for at least one road-using vehicle to travel or leave the narrow roadway section, a stop line for the vehicle is defined based on the calculated trajectory of the at least one road-using vehicle and is used for at least temporary stopping. The invention further relates to a vehicle which can be operated autonomously or partially autonomously.
