Die Erfindung betrifft eine an einer Aufnahmeöffnung eines Fensterflügelrahmens, eines Türblattes oder dergleichen montierbare Haltevorrichtung für einen Tür- oder Fensterdrücker, aufweisend eine Unterrosette (2) mit einer Anlagefläche (21) zur Anlage an einer Sichtseite (25) eines Fensterflügelrahmens (1), Türblatts oder dergleichen, einen in einer Flanschaufnahme (25) senkrecht zur Anlagefläche (21) verdrehbar gelagerten Lagerflansch (3), an dem der Tür- oder Fensterdrücker fixierbar ist, wobei die Unterrosette (2) Schraubenaufnahmen (24) zur Aufnahme von Schrauben (4) aufweist, mit denen die Unterrosette (2) an dem Fensterflügelrahmen, Türblatt oder dergleichen fixierbar ist, wobei der Lagerflansch (3) ein erstes Halsteil (31) zur drehfesten Befestigung des Türoder Fensterdrückers und ein in der Flanschaufnahme (25) drehbar gelagertes zweites Halsteil (33) aufweist, wobei aus der Anlagefläche (21) Noppen (22) zur Vorpositionierung und Drehfixierung der Unterrosette (2) relativ zum Fensterflügelrahmen, Türblatt oder dergleichen vorstehen.
