Abstract (en)
[Technical Problem] Provided is a handle device in which deformation is unlikely to occur at a point of contact between a handle member and a rotating shaft member.[Solution to Problem] A handle device 20 includes a holding member 26, a handle member 22, and a rotating shaft member 24. The handle member 22 has a shaft part 50 formed with first and second coupling engaging portions 54a and 54b and first and second uncoupling portions 56a and 56b. The rotating shaft member 24 has a coupling recess 72 formed in a coupling end face 68 facing the shaft part 50, the coupling recess 72 extending in a radial direction about a rotation axis R. When the handle member 22 is in a coupled position, the first and second coupling engaging portions 54a and 54b are engaged with the coupling recess 72 at respective positions at opposite sides of the rotation axis R in the direction of a longitudinal axis M, thereby allowing the handle member 22 to be coupled to the rotating shaft member 24 in the direction of rotation. When the handle member 22 is displaced in the direction of the longitudinal axis M to an uncoupled position, the first and second coupling engaging portions 54a and 54b and the coupling recess 72 are uncoupled from each other, thereby enabling the handle member 22 to be rotated relative to the rotating shaft member 24.
