[origin: WO2019175358A1] Disclosed is a system (20) for controlling a thermal regulation system (10) capable of cooling the passenger compartment of a motor vehicle, said thermal regulation system (10) comprising a pipe (12) forming a refrigeration loop containing a refrigerant and connecting at least a compressor (13), a condenser (14), an expansion member (15) and an evaporator (16). The control system comprises a module for acquiring a temperature setpoint and a module for regulating the temperature of the evaporator according to an average value of the temperature of the evaporator established over a defined time period.
