[origin: WO2019180559A1] A paint cartridge (1) for airbrush (100) comprises a containment body (10) having a lateral wall (11) and a bottom (12) delimiting a containment chamber (15) arranged to contain a predetermined initial volume of paint (55). The cartridge (1) is, furthermore, provided of a communication portion (20) having a first communication mouth (21) and a second communication mouth (22). The first communication mouth (21) is associated to a first communication duct (23) having a first length li and configured to protrude into the containment chamber (15). An engagement portion (120) is, furthermore, provided having a first and a second passage (121,122), and configured to reversibly move between a disengagement configuration, in which the containment body (10) is disengaged from an airbrush (100), and an engagement configuration, in which the engagement portion (120) engages the communication portion (20) and the airbrush (100). The first and the second communication mouth (21,22) are configured to move from a closing configuration to an opening configuration, or vice versa, when the engagement portion (120) moves from the disengagement configuration to the engagement configuration, or vice versa.
